What it does
- A Download button appears when you point at a video on YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Twitch and more. It offers the same choices as the website: video, MP3, the words, subtitles, the cover picture, or the whole channel.
- The toolbar button does the same for the page you are on.
- Right-click any video or link: Download with Raptor.
Where your download happens
- If the Raptor Downloader app is running on your computer, the link goes straight to the app. Every site works, YouTube and Reddit included, and nothing opens in the browser.
- If it is not, raptordownloader.com opens with the link ready.
On raptordownloader.com itself, the extension also lets the website use the app: YouTube and Reddit then download right on the website, without any browser prompt.
