1. What you download is your responsibility

This site is a tool. It fetches publicly available videos at your request. Copyright in a video belongs to its creator or rights holder. Download only content you own, content you have permission to use, or content where the law allows your use. Do not use this site to republish other people's work without permission.

2. Public content only

Do not use this site to reach content that is private, behind a login, paid or protected by copy-protection technology. The site is built to refuse such content. Trying to get around that is a breach of these terms.

3. Platform rules

Each platform has its own terms of service. You are responsible for following the terms of any platform whose content you download. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any platform named on this site. Their names are used only to say which links the tool accepts.

4. Fair use of the service

Do not automate requests, scrape the service, resell it, or try to overload, probe or bypass its limits. We may block traffic that does.

5. No warranty

The service is provided free, "as is", without any warranty. Platforms change constantly, and any site may stop working without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
